We asked American Cleaners to dry clean a custom-made comforter. Debbie Darnell, the manager, recommended laundering the item since it had some organic puppy stains. She assured us that they do this all the time, that it would be laundered in cold water and hung to air dry. Our comforter is ruined. It has shrunk by several inches causing it to not lay flat on the bed at the edges and it looks like it has been through multiple wash cycles. You can see this clearly in the picture well let you decide which side is before and after.American Cleaners has accepted no responsibility. They did refund the amount we paid for the cleaning but gave us a letter stating that this was a problem of the fabric manufacturer.We are recommending to our friends that they no longer utilize American Cleaners for their dry cleaning or laundry needs.

Rude workers. Was accused of trying to rip them off of 1.75 when a machine didn't work. Terrible customer service. Ignorant rude a** people who need to learn how to add and talk to customers.
