My husband and I rented a Ford Fusion from the Aberdeen Maryland Budget Rental. They may have vacuumed the car but they didn't even clean the inside of the windows. We were pressed for time to get on the road so my husband and son had to clean the windows themselves. On our way back home we ran into rain to find out that the wipers on the drivers side were worn, needless to say we could barely see out the windshield. We have never in all our rentals ever had to clean out or wipe down a car ourselves. When we arrived back at home and I called the office to complain, not at any time did the manager offer to trade out the vehicle or even apologize for the inconvenience and offer to rectify the matter and put the customer first. I had to ask if I could trade the vehicle in for another one. ***If your trying to save a few dollars don't waste your time at this location, IT'S NOT WORTH IT, go with Avis or Enterprise who actually care about keeping the customers 1st
